Nah, they would just change the rules if it got to the point where people actually stopped watching.
The philly shell style only works under a very particular set of rules that allows it to be as dominant as it is.
To put it simply, that **** only works inside a ring with gloves and a referee.

this is BOXING.
I see no reason for a sanction fight to not allow it. you can not limit styles of boxing in the ring.
