Comments Thread For: Samuel Peter Looks To Return on Pascal vs. Cloud Card

Former WBC heavyweight champion Samuel Peter (34-5, 27 KOs) is scheduled to make his return to the ring on August 11th at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada. Peter has been inactive since last April's knockout loss to Robert Helenius. Peter will face experienced Harold Sconiers (18-24-2, 11 KOs). In the main event of the card, hometown hero Jean Pascal will challenge Tavoris Cloud with the IBF/IBO light heavyweight titles at stake.

This is what I think of when someone mentions Peter:

Go away and stay retired fat boy.

Peter had a good performance against Wladimir and was verry exciting when he was comming up but hes done since the fight against Vitali. And come on hes not that fat, he looks more like an strong Gorilla than an Hippo.

he was too big for a couple of fights but he is usually in the 240s...he is a big guy! he is still a B level name at this point. a gatekeeper unless he gets a big win vs a contender. sconiers isn't that guy.
