You're completely wrong, Hatton had great footspeed and footwork, what he lacked was head movement.

Even against a prime Pacquiao Hatton had no trouble cutting the ring off and closing the distance to his opponent.

You're only showing your ignorance (and it's as deep as a well).

The only way would be to knock Khan out but I don't think Hatton punches as hard as a Garcia, Prescott or Maidana.
I didnt say that he was in his prime, I know he isnt in his prime yet, but he basically is right there. He will peak early and end his career earlier than most, its pretty evident. So I say prime for prime generally speaking, like if prime ricky of 2005-2006 fought khan now, khan dies, if they fight now, khan loses

I don't think Khan would be able to handle the pressure that a prime Hatton would apply..

An overrated active fighter against an overrated retired fighter. I will go with the active fighter.

Simply put, prime Hatton is a better fighter than prime khan. With that said, Hatton isn't prime so who knows what he has left at this point.

Khan trying to play it off like he doesn't really want to fight Hatton but he's actually throwing the bait at Ricky to see if he bites!!

Pac fights from the inside, not much distance to close and look what happened to Hatton in that fight

A possible fight with Ricky Hatton is a no-win situation for Amir Khan, and everyone sees that..except Amir Khan!

If he beats Ricky Hatton in a dominate fashion: Good job, you beat a rusty, old boxer who hasn't been in the ring for years. There's no glory in beating a fighter that doesn't stand a chance.

If he loses to Ricky Hatton: You lost to a fighter who hasn't been in the ring in years and had ballooned up in weight then down in weight.

If Khan wins, he loses. If he loses, he loses big.
