Jose Napoles, the great fighter from Cuba would have been a good one for your list. He was a great welterweight and an even better lightweight. Sorry, I could not resist sneaking that in as I was a big Napoles fan.

Damn. No love for Henry Armstrong? Arguably one of the two greatest welters of all time:

                1. Robinson
                2. Leaonard
                3. Whitaker
                4. Hearns
                5. Duran
                6. Mayweather
                7. Trinidad
                8. De La Hoya
                9. Cotto
                10. Pacquiao (Not because he's not an ATG but because his best run wasn't at 147)

Someone said Pacquiao didn't have his best run at 147 and then have floyd in their top 5.

Floyd hasn't done **** as a welterweight. His best wins at welterweight are Sugar Shot Mosley and a quitter. Pac beat Bradley, Cotto, and Clottey.

Clottey was a better opponent than Ortiz and a shot Mosley
