well it's funny but of the current Cubans who's a draw? Gamboa maybe

you take an execption and present as a rule. you must not know how logic works at all do you?

let me break it down for you

lets say we have 10 cuban fighters and only 1 of them is a draw, does that mean cubans support their fighters, well probably not. 90% go unsupported 10% are, that means the MAJORITY are not supported.

if great fighters like Lara or Rigondeaux can't draw flies on 5hit what does that tell you?

sorry bro but mexicans and puerto ricans support and pack venues even when the fighter aren't very good, you just don't see that with cubans.

I hope Golovkin finally lands a good opponent, the entire division avoids him.

Abril schools Rees but probably gets robbed again though I do think Rees is a good, underrated fighter.

hearn is great for british boxing -- even though his two fighters get owned in these match-ups.

Abril might get robbed again, Rees sucks but he's busy as hell in the ring, the opposite of Abril.

But that would be great doublheader, it just hurts me as Proksa fan as I know Golovkin is all wrong for him...
I'm a fan of both fighters and I hate that these two dudes have to take each other out so soon. Proksa has a lot of potential but needs more development, a brutal KO loss to GGG might ruin his career...

I'm not sure I agree with this statement. While Mexicans and Puerto Ricans certainly support their bigger names, lesser fighters don't necessarily "pack venues." For one thing, it doesn't make economic sense. Mexican boxing fans wanting to support their countrymen have too many athletes to follow. They have to literally choose their battles wisely. And while a guy like Cotto might have Puerto Ricans flying in from the island to watch him fight, someone like Cintron would be lucky to get even minimal support by his own people.

Yeah, Proksa's promoter is doing a huge disservice to him; he's getting his fighter a fight with one of the best mw's in the world and probably a good payday. Bad promoter...

Hearns is putting on some good fights of late. Matchroom Boxing is going to pick up a lot of fighters over the next few years.

Hopefully these 2 fights get the green light.

Fighting on your opponent's home turf is always difficult, but Abril has had some hard luck. I'd hate to see Richard get robbed again. Too bad he doesn't have the power to take the fight out of the judges' hands.

He's like Campillo, these guys have no choice but to fight on their opponent's turf and get shafted.
