Yeah I agree, Danny sometimes gets a lil wild and swings for the fences, he still young and has lots of room for improvement. That being said, he is faster and he times his punches when he wants to, he is faster and his punches are crisp unlike margaritos uncoordinated slow clubbing punches.

Like I said, Danny is young and can improve those flaws, idk if his annoying asss father can correct those flaws.. He needs a better trainer.

I think having his dad in his corner is a plus because when round 2 was over and khan just finished beating his azz for 3 min his dad said what are you doing Danny and Danny looked at his dads face "you have to watch him Danny", he looked like he was disappointed with himself for letting his dad down and he came out with a little more determination and got the KD

First off this kid has a beard, we all saw the clean shots he took from con the artist haha and Danny has a warriors heart. I can't help but be a little scared for him its just never good to take those kind of shots and he takes big shots in just about all his fights. Good for the fans bad for him. I really like this kid he's like rocky "the movie" I Now Garcia has something Margarito didn't have and that's very good timing with those bombs. DANNY SWIFT is dangerous!

I'm going to try to help you out here lol because I also thought of Margarito when I saw some of his punches. I've seen GArcia b4 many times back on solo boxeo, and in person vs Holt...so I was familiar with his skills before Khan. I made this exact same point in the "khan's gonna get KOed thread" about these type of punches. I'm not saying they're the same, that they look teh same, or any of that....but

It's the way they throw their hooks. They are both on of those guys where the first part of their hooks to start wide and slow.....but the second half of the shot snaps in and is very fast, powerful, and accurate. The velocity of the shot changes midpunch....and that is why both of their timing is so good and awkward, despite appearing so slow. So slow that you can make a defensive move you think will time it, only to be hit by in a moment you weren't expecting.

It's almost like their leaving the hook out there until the last possible second and then whipping it on right on time. When Marg was good, he was devastating with those types of shots coming from everywhere. That was one of the underrated aspect of Margarito before all his BS came out...
