      Randomly randomly test. They implemented the random protocol last year but only use it at their discretion. I've read quotes from Kizer saying he can use it whenever they feel and especially in cases they feel there is a "likely" possibly one of the fighters is using. This was in response to explaining why he chose to randomly test MMA fighter Alistair Overeem, who turned out to be positive for testosterone at 16:1 clip.

      Let's face it, there are questions surrounding JR.... I'm sure Kizer is aware of that and this is a chance for them to give credibility to this fight and separate itself further from a mess like the Texas commission.
