If PAC is willing to do RANDOM testing why not show everybody and stop just saying it. He can do that by including RANDOM testing in all his fights from now on. He could have included RANDOM testing against Bradley and Marquez that way people would see your serious instead of hearing you say it, but the guys he fights are looking for big paydays so they won't dare do anything like ask for RANDOM testing if it may cause them to lose their shot at a payday, but Floyd doesn't need a big payday every fight is a big day for him so he can make the demands that the others want to make but simply cant make.
