no its not, its saying floyd can have them do his "olympic style" testing as long as nsac is involved.

but floyd wasnt willing to go through with it, as he'd have nothing to fall back on to duck manny anymore.

of course, 2 years later we have his flat fee offer to someone who actually sells more than him.

smh u are embarrassing yourself stop it. USADA is an independent organization. the were set up that way for a reason. the only involvement NSAC could have is getting sent the test results, which they are and have been. u dont re-write the charter of organizations, thats not how it goes. NSAC doesnt do random testing anf they do not have to right nor the power to "oversee" USADA's testing esp considering their own is very substandard. please stop and stick with the "let the commission do its job" excuse, at least that was more honest.

Sorry to say but after watching EPIX last week with Roach and seeing him in the corner unable to communicate to his fighter, i think the disease has taken over and he is done at this level.

I still can't believe that Pac STILL has these kinds of fans running around talking nonsense after everything that has transpired over the years. Pathetic really.

nsac said they'd be willing to random blood and urine testing if both fighters agreed, and floyd declined, not manny.

in light if the recent berto and peterson incidents, it probably was a good idea to have the nsac involved in some capacity.

and also, in light of the fact that floyd clearly ducked manny twice after, its not exactly a stretch to conclude he also did so the first time.

in conclusion, pac did not reject random blood testing, but floyd did reject pac's proposal to have the nsac carry it out when everyone else , including gbp, was on board.

How do people still get under people's skin in boxing? Most if not all of it is an act people put on to sell the fight.

Keep owning these floyd fairies Toyman.

nsac never said no such thing. why are u lying? nsac said they woulkd be willing to hear floyds request at a hearing and they even had a hearing on random tests at which time they ruled it not feasible. please stop. u are coming on here with false information embarrassing yourself. u lose all credibility for that.
