You don't need to be an M.D. to know taking steroids makes you're injury prone. Vitali did just cancel a Rahman match up four times.

Mosley investigated, called to trial for activities with Balco
    Toney and Vargas both suspended

Here is a good article on the rise in MLB injuries and the rise of steroid usage.

    Klitschko admits steroid use!
WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko revealed in a new autobiography published by Random House Entertainment in Germany that he inadvertently used a banned steroid as an amateur. Klitscko wrote that he given a steroid prior to the 1996 Olympics to treat an injury, then was thrown off the Ukraine Olympic team after failing a drug test. The book, titled "Unter Brüdern," is co-written by Vitali and brother Wladimir Klitschko and details their life story to date. Note: Vitali, who defends his world title against Danny Williams on December 11 in Las Vegas has always tested clean as a professional.

anybody that take steriods always try to blame somebody else or say it was unintentional.. his build is a build you can only get form steriods a huge upper body with no legs it dont make sense cuz squats raise your testosterone so he was one them much longer probably till he turned pro..

There is a fundamental difference to highlight here. Steroids make bodybuilders injury prone because their muscles grow and get stronger at a fast rate while the connecting tissue(ligaments, tendons) take a much longer time. When they start pushing ridiculous amounts of weight, this connecting tissue can't keep up with the intensity and weight and that is when injuries occur. I don't think this is the case in boxing but I could be wrong.

I thought all the allegations were of their amateur careers not their pro careers.

That's right and it was only Vitali. Wlad went on to win the gold medal in the Olympics after clean tests.

Um he got kicked off the olympic team numb nuts. What are the professional organizations supposed to do about something that happened in the mid 90s before he was a pro? they tested him every fight like they do everyone else.

maybe toney and vargas were suspended by the athletic commissions because they tested positive under their jurisdiction? dur dur dur

Pro - a whole other thing.

If he cheated since then, he must've been real good at it because he never failed a test and has never really been cut or had back/chest acne.

The only people who ever say things like this are Klitschko detractors.

Not only that, as we saw with Floyd, (verified cheat) retroactively, nothing will be done and it's a waste of time.
You're defending a proven PED user while accusing someone that has never failed a test.

Vitali's steroid use? That's old news. How about his younger brother who, at 40, looks better than he did when he was in his mid 20s?

Winstrol will weaken connective tissue but it is the only steroid that does. There is always some truth many rumors.

Glucocorticoids aren't really banned because they are PEDs. They dont want athletes that have a severe injury competing because the glucocorticoid is masking the pain.

For example you dont want a football player with a partially torn ACL getting a cortisone injection so they can play on it. You have to apply for a TUE and show that there is nor major risk of further injury.
