Like what? Do you know what family of steroids he tested positive for? Glucocorticoids, see cortisone, are also banned by WADA. If he was treating injury this is most likely what he tests positive for, not an anabolic steroid.

Most people hear steroid and think that means anabolic steroid because they are ignorant. There are a lot of banned steroids that are not anabolic steroids. All glucocorticoids are also banned by WADA and no one really knows why.
If i remember correctly i think it was for a injury

That's not really accurate in more ways than one. Every individual is different.

Uh no, he was caught taking a banned substance. It doesn't matter whether it's an anabolic steroid or not, they're banned for a reason, he was caught and kicked out of the Olympics.

They all have excuses and cover stories, only the naive and wilfully blind fans buy into them.

Of course it is, doesn't matter who it is, in sport once you've been caught doing something it sticks. Where that kind of thing is concerned, reputation is like a pane of glass, once it's broken, it's impossible to repair.

Thats why I think it was probably a glucocorticoid like cortisone which are used to treat injuries. Manny people dont know the difference between different types of steroids. They hear steroid and think muscle building anabolics like the kind Memo gave Froid.

Glucocorticoids aren't really banned because they are PEDs. They dont want athletes that have a severe injury competing because the glucocorticoid is masking the pain.

For example you dont want a football player with a partially torn ACL getting a cortisone injection so they can play on it. You have to apply for a TUE and show that there is nor major risk of further injury.

You'd be naive to believe it didn't. This particular incident happened in 1996, yet here we are nearly 20 years later discussing it. These things don't get forgotten irrespective of the individual in question, it taints their (un)sporting careers.

It not only went away, it was never an issue.

                      Amateur - one thing.

Pro - a whole other thing.

If he cheated since then, he must've been real good at it because he never failed a test and has never really been cut or had back/chest acne.

The only people who ever say things like this are Klitschko detractors.

Not only that, as we saw with Floyd, (verified cheat) retroactively, nothing will be done and it's a waste of time.
