Larry: "Thank you Amir. Well, there you have it folks. The Pakistani who thought he could beat Floyd at his weakest point in his career, and found out otherwise. Back to you, Jim and Emmanuel."

It wouldn't be a dominating fight by any means. And Lopez's physical attributes like his height, coupled with his style, would make it hard for Khan. I'm pretty sure Khan gets a lot of his in, but will also get hit a lot because when he's not running, he gets hit/ His defense consists of running away, no blocking, no holding, no inside fighting, no tactics whatsoever. He runs backwards and stops to throw flashy combinations. But I think he would beat Lopez though, in a tough fight. Like the Peterson fight.

Khan won't even get passed Cotto at 147. Let's just leave it at that.

That's always been the case in Boxing and as much as you'd love to have a dig at Khan and Bradley for trying to do so, im sorry but you can't.

That is what has always happened.
Good point, Mayweather has a good few past prime and older fighters on his record too like Gatti, De La Hoya, Mosley and Marquez which some argue are his best wins.

It's just that Khan has been honest enough to say it out loud.

No. If Khan was honest he would say something like: Well in reality I would get my ass beat against Floyd, even if he is 35 and coming off a jail sentence, but it sure if fun to talk about! Hell, I could even make a few million bucks. Let's do it!

The thing with Floyd is he is always full of excuses and you never know for sure what he is thinking.

When Khan had a hiccup against Peterson, we are supposed to believe that set back a khan vs Floyd fight, as Khan didnt look great.

But if Khan does well against Garcia, that may scare floyd and be the reason floyd ignores talk of khan. Floyd is one of the most famous cherry pickers in the world.

LOL, Mayweather Clowns this kid so bad that people will say Mayweather cherry picked the Khan or that he should have fought the khan at "his" weight class. Much like the idiots who still to this day cry about Fatton... lol Mayweather did that lard ass a favor by ALLOWING him to only cut weight down to 147 and not 140. lol.

I hope Khan gets the fight so Floyd can expose yet another Roach fighter who "thinks" they can beat Floyd. At least Khan's not a coward when it comes to blood and needles....

That he wants to catch the best, when they're no longer at their best, that includes Floyd. That's a cowardly thing to say and he doesn't care. If you big up some one[like Floyd did with Cotto], and show respect, and say it's gonna be a tough fight and you have to be at your best to win. Then if the win happens, the fans will respect it more than if you downplay the fighter and call him old and past his best.

So Khan is basically shooting himself in the foot in this one. 1. He's calling Floyd old and slow, so if Floyd beats him, he'd have lost to an old, slower fighter. 2. If he beats Floyd, he just beat an old fighter. And you get little to no credit. The only guy who would get credit is the old guy, Floyd Mayweather. For beating the young guy that was downplaying him and underrating his skills because of his age.

I agree with this post-----but Khan wont last the 12 rounds vs floyd....I see Kyhan getting knocked out like the last young pup that stepped in with floyd ortiz

I have this vision of this dude not taking Garcia seriously and struggling and in turn pissing away his "Mayweather shot". SMH. Hope I'm wrong.
