People were saying there's no way Haye knocks Ruiz out, his chin is too good.
He sits him down after 10 seconds and it's because Ruiz is an old shot fighter who's chin wasn't very good.
You can have a go at Haye for many things, but Power and Speed you can't.

I may be wrong but that looks a lot like Margarito's disgraced trainer Javier Capetillo in photo 4 ??? Can anyone confirm if it is him and what role he has in the Haye camp ??

I want Chisora to get the upset, but it looks really bad for him, sorry to say.
It doesn't matter if Del has the chin of George Chuvalo. If he gets nailed enough by Haye, he will get hurt, and the ref will stop it.
His style isn't right. He comes forward right into Haye's range.
Vitali likes to fire from long-range, whereas Haye prefers medium range.
The 40 year old Vitali doesn't have the foot and hand speed of the smaller 31 year old Haye.
Vitali didn't get the KO because Del bobbed and weaved, stayed low, and got inside before old Vitali could fire his best shots.
Haye is the same height as Del. Staying low isn't going to keep him away from Haye, and his bobbing and weaving will be less effective against Haye's faster reflexes.
Chisora has to fight smart, frustrate Haye with a good defense, and then hope that Haye gets tired so he can batter him in the late rounds. Unfortunately, Haye looks in tremendous shape, and I don't see him slowing.
