      Seen this earlier today.

If you watch the sparring footage, Khan takes big shots through out it, defence looking worse.

Khan is looking a lot better, he's sitting on his punches a lot more here, his offense is looking more textbook O.O

Hopefully he shows us this in the fight.

He would be better IMO if he kept speed and controlled his foot speed. I think he gets too quick for his own good and tires himself out. Fast hands but educated feet would do him well

Uh Amir went to war with his sparring partner..

His jabs look very solid thought and his speed is great as always. Dude has a really long reach.

In sparring his ballance looked awful, lunging and getting off ballance. He relies on his natural hand speed too much and needs to get his footwork and ballance better and have more economical movement. You would have though Roach would have ironed out those basic things by now. On the pads he looks better. He does look strong.
The last time I saw the barbour shop chatting was in the TV program on the build up to the Hamed Barrera fight where Hamed made a total fool of himself.Unlike Hamed Khan is taking this fight seriously and rightly so.

                  That was a good watch.

Hopefully they can make a Mayweather-Khan fight after Khan stomps Garcia out and moves to 147. Both GB fighters so there should be no problem. Should have the intensity that Hatton-Mayweather had.

Khan pretty much beats Mayweather at every aspect aside from defense.

Quoted for truth, his sparring looked suspect from the jump and I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that.

Garcia doesn't have anything to keep Khan honest but if he had just above average punching power things would be interesting really quick (judged by Khan's sparring session that is).

Still have Khan by comfortable UD..
