Ok, according to boxrec Rigo was 20 when he won the WBA interim bantamweight title and it was his 7th fight.
Sugar Ray won the WBC strap at WW in his 26th fight. He was 24.
I just glanced at their records when I did the first post. Lol didn't think anybody would raise the bar on me
Actually, he was about 28 or 29 or something. He is about 30/31 years old right now.
