Like Merchant was trying to look cool by lighting his cigarette.

I think so because it was clear that Ricrardo has a lack of energy. He tired a lot in the middle rounds yet. He tired not because of Tito’s shots but because of his own intense style. He was not disciplined also as he was in the Forrest fight. However Mayorga was very good in the early ronds.

I wonder how good he would've been without smoking and drinking
Do you think that without smoking and drinking he never became world champ? May be

What do you mean? Are you talking about technique or tactics? I agree he boxes non-standart. But it’s his ace. And his tactics is very effective but requires a lot af energy. He don’t have this energy in each fight.

Mayorga is a very talented offensive boxer. Just like Trinidad. The difference between them is their abilities. Trinidad is disciplined and expected, he uses his opponent’s mistakes with mercyless of executioner. Mayorga is creative, unexpected, he can do something his opponent will not ready to.
Look at his series. They are unique. For example I have seen the pair of the left shots body-head FROM THE DISTANCE very very seldom and Mayorga does it.
          He outclassed perfect-schooled Forrest.

About the height I can tell you that Shane has big problems with tall opponents and however he won the DLH fights, but Judah hasn’t any problems with his opponents height.
I agree with you about the way to solve Tito, but Judah IMO doesn't have the power to keep Tito from rushing in, and Tito has height, reach, and power, enough to KO 160lb. fighters. I agree he could win, but it would be a dangerous fight for him to take.

Of course, all games with Trinidad are dangerous If his opponents doesn’t have a confidence, tactics, perfect shape or lost concentration he will end a fight horizontal...

I couldnt disagree more with that paragraph. For one...he is by no means unexpected or unpredictable. Spinks made him look foolish......and so did Forrest in the second fight. Vernon clearly won but was robbed. He holds victories over nobodies....Like Andrew Lewis, and was hyped up beyond his actual talent. You could not find a more 1 dimmensional fighter outside of Vasily Jirov....regarding Mayorga.

He is yet another H.B.O. creation much like Arturo Gatti...whom they contract with in order to recieve ratings. If they only showed the good fighters.......people might not want to watch the telecast. Instead they hype sluggers with no talent as their featured attraction.

I picked Tszyu over Judah because he is not just a hard puncher but a great technician as well. And admire his hardwork at training. Needless to say that he is quite humble for all his accomplishments.
