I think Khan is a decent fighter however he isn't a full package. Elite fighters are who have very few flaws. In the last fight against Peterson he has been exposed, albeit PEDs situation, he couldn't handle to pressure or adapt to it. Elite fighters are those, in my opinion, who can ajust, use their talents effectively and box in high standard according to their style.
