since his move to 140 approximately how many times has Khan been dropped from that alleged glass jaw of his?

    Thanks for answering

khan's chin is underrated but to think that his jump to 140 has made him impervious to damage is wrong.

marcos maidana would have stopped him if he weren't so damn crude. additionally, joe cortez was not allowing maidana to keep his hands free and work. he'd separate them the second khan even tried to tie them up.

he was out on his feet in that 10th round. staying on your feet is academic at that point. he was reeling around the ring and badly wobbled.

Both of these guys are not an elite fighter yet. Whoever win this fight will have a good chance to be an elite.

where in there did you get that I thought he was impervious to damage?

but he still stood up to arguably one of the hardest punchers at 140 without leaving his feet. That to me speaks more than Maidana's crudeness

he was out on his feet in that 10th round. staying on your feet is academic at that point. he was reeling around the ring and badly wobbled.
and to me that shows more of a testament to Khan's ability to take a punch from one of the hardest hitters at 140 than him showing he can't

it took 10 rounds for that result to happen and by then Khan was visibly fatigued and prone to being hit clean. He took a flush Maidana punch, was wobbled pretty bad, yet managed to stay on his feet and survive

I agree that Garcia is not an elite fighter, but Khan isn't either.

Khan's closer to it than Garcia is though.

Khan always cracks me up with all that "Not on my Level" or "Elite" nonsense. He needs to understand that outside of the UK, no one thinks that Khan is that special, and refers to him as more of a Hype Job. Not bashing Khan but it is what it is. Khan is a good fighter, but reads too much of his own press. Danny Garcia is a good fighter as well, who will give Khan all he can handle, however like Khan, no one thinks Danny Garcia is one of these "Elite" fighters either. I think both men have a future in the sport, but both men have a long way to go before they are considered Elite.

Elite fighters often engage in battles with fighters they know have the punch to knock them out, and still find their ways to dominate them. Khan, I've never seen u do that since Prescott knocked the head out of your neck. Good boxer? Yes. Great boxer? Yes. Elite? Not yet, and maybe, never. Need 2 or 3 steps up to reach that level. Beating Garcia won't make u reach that level still. Names on your resumé to name u an elite fighter: None!
