The people at Ring.com have a good eye. Moreno is still at 118. I voted for Mares but Rigo, Mares and Nishioka are the only acceptable opponents for Donaire who is considered a top p4p fighter.

All that you named are quite deserving except for Arce. He has business elsewhere atm.

Rigondeaux or Mares hands down. He said he wants to be undisputed champ in the division and those are the final 2 beltholders he needs to defeat in order to be recognized as such. Fuc* that talk about 3 belts. In today's game its 4.

If he beats Rigo and Mares he will have left a very strong legacy.

With that said, I wouldn't oppose fight with Nishioka either.

            Moreno only 2.8%? That's a shame.

That's the one I'd like to see the most.

            Other than that, Nishioka.

I wish he'd stay there and fight all of them.

Keep in mind Nishioka is the TRUE WBC belt holder (he was stripped and his vacant title was handed to Mares in a weak ass fight) and he is the #1 ranked fighter in the division. Mares truly is a paper champ in the division (that doesn't mean he's not a worthy opponent of course, just sayin).

So in my opinion, and even though I voted for Rigo, Nishioka should be the first guy Donaire is aiming at.

same here. I honestly don't see the rush to move to 126. what for? So many dope fights at 122, plus it's more impressive to beat all the top guys in the division (them move up if he pleases).

Yeah I'd have no problem with that.

It's also possible we may get Nishioka vs. Mares soon anyway if the Donaire fight doesn't go through. That fight would give him the opportunity to win his title back.
