If Bute has his confidence back, he will give Pavlik lots of problems. Fighting in front of his home crowd is going to help him. Bute knows how to use two things that will give Pavlik problems, movement and angles. I hope this fight happens. I am a fan of Pavlik but I can't see him beating Bute, Kessler, or Froch.

either fight would be good, dont think either one will happen though.

bute has his next big fight lined up, froch rematch in the spring. he gets one fight before then and its likely to be a tune up to get his confidence back. if by any chance it is a quality fighter it wont be a puncher or a pressure fighter for sure, pavlik is both.

kessler isnt impossible but i dont see that happening either. dont see kessler going to the US or pavlik coming to europe and i sure as hell dont see sauerland and bob arum making a fight together. not with two fighters that are that important to their stables anyways.

im think bika, anthony dirrell, johnson or rodriguez is most likely.

Do you any reason to believe that? Or do you just like picking on people? Very ignorant comment, its easy to type behind a faceless keyboard.

Kessler beats Pavlik. He's a better boxer, hits pretty damn hard, more consistant than Kelly, and more suited for the 168 pound division. Pavlik doesn't seem to have the same power he had at middleweight(nothing to do with alcolism bro, see Pavlik-Taylor 2).

Now Pavlik-Bute that seems like a good fight to me. Kelly will have fits with Butes southpaw stance, his movement and his angles. However, we now know Bute doesn't handle power and pressure well. Like another poster said, Kelly is both. I like Kelly to knock Bute out tho, as I don't think Bute can handle it. People love to pick on Kelly for alcoholism and his straight foward style, but this was a man that was able to give Sergio Martinez hell in the middle rounds. I have to believe Martinez is better than Bute. It's also two guys fighting for relevancy, a win or retire type match, there always interesting

I reckon a Pavlik-Kessler fight would be made in NY or AC. I cannot see Pavlik travel.

Pavlik doesn't deserve Kessler. He looked like **** against Rosinsky last night and was getting frustrated. He won't beat Kessler. Pavlik vs Bute might be interesting though. Although I don't think Bute is quite done yet. Froch is the man and deserves his revenge on Kessler.

Yea, especially if Bob wants to put Salido-Garcia on the undercard. A Mexican vs. a Mexican-American in Canada? Yea, no chance.

Pavlik is done, but fuck it, give him a name
when he gets butchered, he'll get the hint
even post Pavlik Bute will kick Pavlik's ass
hopefully, Kessler does come back to SMW for more fights
if he wants to beat up Pavlik, that works too
