The Pacquiao who has shown up lately is the same Pacquiao who beat DLH and Hatton. The difference is that Pacquiao hasn't been able to drain fighters so that they have the legs to move.

Pacquiao is only impressive against plodders. Put Manny in with a plodder today and he'll look just as impressive as he did in 2009.
