Wlad better stop Thompson early when he can, because Thompson can punch.
Thompson at least is a real heavyweight, hes tall and well conditioned, a much harder task than these Chambers, Povetkin, Adamek, Mormeck type of guys. Thompson is no push-over. But he has one major weaness hes verry slow. But he has good timing, power and he can box, plus hes southpaw. Hes no croud pleasing guy and is ankward, thats why he has not getting bigger fights the last years.

I've never seen Thompson display any notable punching power. He was able to land on Wladimir in their last fight, to no effect.

I'll bet points that Wlad won't stop him in 5 rounds. Any takers?

Ok, of course hes no Tyson or Foreman but he has heavyweight power. BTW Wlad having a glas jaw is not true.

He can be vulnerable to a puncher. Thompson is not a puncher. I don't think he has Sanders or Brewster type of power, probably not even Ross Puritty power. He stops people through accumulation of punishment.

It's very rare to see anyone accumulating any punishment on Wladimir.

                Gosh. Can't wait.
Another wasted day in Paradise from the same legend who gave us Andy Lee.
Vlad is a one armed bandit and it's getting real old.

They are certainly not making fighters like Mike Dokes anymore.
                Nope.
