From what I am told if Cotto picks the french dude to go after the 4th division title the fight will be promoted by Top Rank and depending on how Cotto looks at the weight and who wins the Chavez Jr-Martinez fight they will go after that next year on May 5 or June the night before the PR day parade.

That is one of the options but it all depends on how he looks at the weight and if Chavez-Martinez would agree to a catchweight. If not he will move back down to 154 and pick Canelo for a fight in 2013.

I hope not. Fighting that guy at 156 is a joke. Either go up to 160 or stay at 154.
