Prime Tommy Hearns, Sugar Ray Leonard and Pernell Whitaker.

Floyd is my favorite fighter at the moment but let's be real. He's never fought a skilled, slick fighter that can match his athleticism and handspeed. The closest he came to that was Zab Judah and Zab, IMO during the first 4 rounds fought Mayweather as well as anybody.

I think he gives damn near anyone absolute shit fits, but I've always thought SRL would get him.

Yeah, as mentioned earlier Judah gave Floyd major issues for 4 rounds until Floyd figured him out. I don't think he figures Pernel out in time. It isn't as clear cut as Hearns or Robinson though.

I like Whitaker but would've loved to see Oscar vs Floyd in the lighterweights in their prime. I think it woulda been something great to watch.

Mayweather good at taking on fighters out of their natural weight class and in some cases past their prime

Anyway the name I'd say with complete confidence is Hearns. Fighters like Duran, SRL, SRR, Whitaker etc. they are debatable in my mind.
