It'll take a few rounds but Martinez will break Chavez' face apart. Julio starts slow, Sergio starts fast, he'll have 4 rounds in the bag before Julio gets brave enough to just jump in. After he starts trying to bumrush Sergio, he'll be getting tagged with left after left. His face, or lack thereof, will lose him this fight. He'll have his moments but Sergio's skill will be too much for him.
And that's how the cookie crumbles

46 have tried and 46 have failed. Martinez will never be #1, but he can be #47.
Chavez Jr is a big, strong, good fighter who has done well in spite of no amateur background. However, he is a bit one dimensional, slow, flatfooted and lacks the skill to make adjustments. Chavez Jr. needs someone who will stay in front of him. Unfortunately for him Martinez will be getting in and out all night with smart combinations, great defense and footwork.

September 15th, 2012 will be Chavez Jr's first loss and probably by stoppage.

Chavez Jr. will body snatch Martinez, I guarantee it. He will break him down over the course of 7 rds or so and then stop him or Sergio will retire on his stool. Too young, too big and too strong.
