Cotto had no trainer during Pacquiao's fight

usually , cotto never use the excuse of "drained" during pacquiaos fight but the reality was that cotto was trained by no one during that fight and he has no stamina during the fight. cotto had a competitive fight during the first 4 or 5 rounds, then on he was showing no stamina and no chin. usually happens when the fighter lose too much weight in short amount of time and the reason for that was the absent of a good trainer....

Great idea! Cotto will become the first P.R. to win a belt in four different weight classes. He picking a no name but champion at 160, so he can make history. Then comeback to 154 and fight on..... great idea, he deserves it. No catch weight thou full 160.

The fight I really wanna' see is Cotto/Canelo but,

MC want's to fight Floyd again for the big dollars and because he truly thinks he can do better in a rematch. All right. I'll buy that.

He really has promised his wife and kids somethin' on that particular day so he's not fighting Canelo: Ok. I'll buy that too I guess. Fine.

But to chase a title of opportunity behind a catchweight? Not fine.

Hell, fight Kirkland. That would be fun and risky enough to be relevant as well.

        Or Lara.

I'm a big Cotto fan and all but this is bull**** if it happens.

Hopefully it's just smoke and mirrors for the sake of negotiations.

What really needs to happen is for camps Cotto and Alvarez to get together and pick a day that is not 9/15/12.

That day doesn't make sense anyway unless you're on the Martinez/JCCjr card, imo.

Cotto, if you are so good and think that you can beat canelo ; challenge him. You were lucky margarito had an eye problem and still chased you like a scared rabbit.

I could see Cotto fighting the winner of Chavez vs Martinez, if the PPV numbers do well.

the Canelo fight might be further away then people think. since Canelo has never fought on a PPV, his negotiating power is limited because he's an unknown quanity, considering PPV.

Canelo needs 1 PPV fight before he'll be able to get the money he wants until then Cotto holds all the cards
I guarantee you he will do well on ppv. If it's Cotto-canelo, at least half the fans will be supporting canelo live and more than half on ppv.

He can beat most of the contenders @ 154, there is seriously no need to move up.
I agree 100%. If he moved to 160, he'd be too small and lose what speed he has. His stamina might take a hit too, moving that much weight around, and he's not a stationary fighter. Lots of good competion at 154.
i wanna see him fight Canelo.

He talks more about Cotto then the Cotto stans he loves to talk **** about. Weird dude.

Jr mw was stretching it, he's too small to fight the top guys, and he would be wasting everybodys time fighting cans.
