They dont have to lose weight so they dont really gain much after the weigh-in.

Thats how I feel about Floyd at "154". I think its above his natural weight and he doesnt gain anything after the weighin. At those other weights he was super small but could still put on. This weight is his limit. Just like if he fought at MW, he's not going to gain after the weighin
You are right, Floyd is a small welterweight and Pacquiao is a big lightweight. Still, if he weighed in at 151 I would think he would gain a pound or two by fight time unless he ate just before the weigh in which is possible. Truth is as long as Floyd did not get weighed on the night of the Cotto fight nobody knows what he weighed that night. If he fights again I'll bet he fights at 147, not 154.

You only gain weight after a weighin if there is any form of drying out to make the weight , muscle and fat will not metabolize and overnight , its only water that can rise and fall that quickly .

Let's give Cotto some credit here, please ... Floyd picked Cotto because it makes "money sense" not because anyone gave Cotto a great chance at winning this after his 2 big defeats. Still, Cotto did better than most expected.
        Typical mayweather fanny pounder

Mayweather info= twist into a beautiful positive excuse

Pacman info= twist into a negative conspiracy

How do you know that Floyd weighed 147? Because his team said so? This is the same exact team that gave ****** excuses like Floyd's nose bled because he had a cold.

How do you know he didnt , because you compared his size to the ring post which is a constant and your scientific instruments that can compensate for focal length worked it all out , lol , you can only go on the evidence presented , and the facts that Floyd never has any reported media stats saying he is ever weighing much over 150 walking around , Floyd is not big and now the new way of rubbishing him by the pac ******s is to make out he is some physical monster , he is not ! he just that good !

When did I say that it didn't? I said that it was TRUE that Floyd had a cold the day before the fight. He was sneezing and had a runny nose during some interviews. It was even mention before the fight that he had a cold. I'm not saying that Cotto had nothing to do with it. What I am saying is the fact he had a cold is true and sneezing and having a runny nose does make the nose tender.

U know in all fairness I called bull**** even being a Floyd fan about the 147 thing but thinking about it, it's possible since he was sick and only normally walks around at 150. With that being said Floyd and Manny same size in body type so why are people still talking about Floyd Martinez but No Manny And Martinez?

He didn't give an unofficial weight for the Cotto fight.
