he better have second thoughts, I think Thurman becomes to first to Knock Maidana Out, if not KO then a very easy UD
that is a very DANGERIOUS FIGHT especially since previous talk was that he was moving down to 140 after the Alexander fight, now your going to try and fight a pretty big Welterweight in Thurman?Bad Career Move, I don't care how much money they are paying him
but then going to 154 to fight Canelo which has been a Rumor now, that is even worse so I hope that is not the case either, go back down to 140 where he said he was more comfortable...maybe fight fellow countryman MattysseDon't let Golden Boy use him as a Door Mat for their young fighters

The real threat in this divison is Carlos Molina. Molina has beaten Lara was boxing Kirklands ass off before he was unfairly DQed. Has fought Mike Alvarado, and lost two BS decisions to Chavez Jr. He deserves the fight more than Lara or Maidana which is a joke match up in the first place. im a big Canelo fan but if he fights Maidana i will lose some respect for him.

I'm pretty sure it's Maidana. Canelo only fights smaller guys or washed up guys. he'll be outweighing Maidana by over 20lbs.
it should be an easy fight for Canelo but he did get dropped by Jose Cotto, so Maidana has a chance. Canelo won't be moving and turning Maidana like Alexander. they both stand toe to toe and slug it out. I hope Maidana exposes this hype job but I doubt it.
it's Argentina vs Mexico again on the same night but Chavez vs Martinez is a real fight and this is just typical Canelo fluff

I guess Mayorga was busy.
Marcos is becoming the new Ricardo.
Maidana will strive in such a bout but will ultimately get busted up.
If they attempt to sell this as a PPV, shame on all involved.
