Since Danny Williams Won What should he do next in his career?

Who should he fight next? or should he retire on a good note and not end up facing a brutal beating like he did against Vitali

Sinan Samil Sam, then Maskaev (who Danny has already beat up badly in the gym), then Rahman.

But he doesn't have the self-confidence to do that, so expect to lose to Matt Skelton some time next year

I think he should try to parlay this into a fight against Wlad but I don't know if thats realistic given Wlad's enticing options at this point. I would hope he'd do more with it than something like a fight with Jameel Mcline or Shannon Briggs or someone of that ilk. That said, the only way to get anotehr payday in the states would be to have a showcase against whoever gets left out in the cold in the heavyweight title mix or to rematch with Tyson which is probably not all that likely

With someone like Ruiz and a fading Byrd in the prime positions, it's not impossible that Danny could win a belt. Hell, if Rahman beat Toney (which is extremely unlikely) it's not IMPOSSIBLE that Danny could beat Hasim.

I wouldn't like to see him against Brewster though.

Depends if he can be bothered to train/shave anymore. He's not fighting with his old pep and looking at the physique it's obvious why. The question is if the desire is still in him. He says he twisted his ankle in the second round of the fight. That would be less likely to happen if he was fighting at a good lean weight. i.e. carrying 20-30lbs less.
If he was lighter and faster like in earlier fights he could have knocked out Audley I suspect. Other fighters will not make life so easy (relatively) for him.

Danny Williams has beaten every man he's ever stepped into the ring with other than Vassili Kirianov (who beat both Klitschko brothers) and Vitali Klitschko. He KTFO Samil Sam at the 95 European's, and he can do it again.

Actually the more I think about it a Briggs fight would be a nice way to send one guy up the ladder for one last shot at a top guy. I'm beginning to think that Lamon Brewster is the most dangerous fight out there for a HW. Toney is better in my opinion but Brewster can put a beating on people. I can't imagine there are too many guys in the top 20 who want any part of him

I think Danny would beat Rahman if he got himself a decent trainer and prepared right (mentally and physically), even though Danny is looking awful these days.
