when he was on those special shakes? HE would have been picked apart back in 09 too. Hence why he didnt want the fight

But this current version of Pacquiao gets schooled by Mayweather and I'm not sure about Cotto.

off topic - but I'm a believer Pacman was using gear back in those days and i believe he isn't now ,so it's hard to really know how he would do against Cotto.
So why would he go off the stuff now?

not a pac fan but think hes a great fighter

at 154 he this version of pac would lose cotto, cotto struggles with pressure fighters, pac isnt that same pressure fighter who throws all day and night plus cotto would be at a comfy weight with the new trainer, that trainer seems to know his shi t

          vs floyd

I see Floyd timing Manny and countering him to death like Hatton.
Cotto wasn't close to stopping Manny, nor will he at 154 I feel. In fact keeping Manny in range would be the worse thing to do because Manny has a lot of power and if you let him land on you too often, it can be very dangerous.

lolz funny thread floyd cotto, manny cotto etc, now we have a better version of cotto .... he he

anyway imho cotto gets butchered, beating floyd is still very dificullt but could be done and manny has to fight every second and every minute of a round ...

Pac loses to Mayweather. Pac perhaps in 2009 had more speed and stamina than the one now which was why it was close back then. However May is a lot more active now and is in better form, like the breaks have helped him.

I honestly think he would crush Cotto the same way. Styles make fights.

I actually never thought he would beat Mayweather but i think Mayweather would win 8-4 or maybe 7-5 style decision. It wouldn't be as easy as everyone keeps saying thats for sure.

I still favored Mayweather to win back then however now I believe it'd be child's play. Regardless of whether you think he was on shakes or not back in 09 he was relentless whilst I think that'd play into Mayweather's advantage I think it is in fighters best interest not to give Mayweather any time to think.

The way how Pacquiao fights now would allow Mayweather to control too much of the rounds as he doesn't allow fighters to stand around doing nothing, he will pot shot them and establish his dominance.
