      Maidiana quit.

Floyd, Not a quit. He got hit twice by the best p4p in the world, deserved it or not doesnt change the fact he got knocked out legit.

Lopez, Would have been a doctor stoppage, corner stoppage if they were just doing their job. But this is also a quit although justified.

Peterson, Is another one you reaching for. Subjective cause he didnt perform like he did in the early rounds in the later doesnt mean ****. Just means maybe he got hurt and couldent shake it off, maybe he got gassed. Not a quit.
Hopefully we're being trolled with this ****. These guys are either really bored (best case) or sooo weak, that the only way they ever get to feel strong is behind a keyboard and a web connection.

I'm hoping for their sake it's the former...

you could also add Nate Campbell vs Timothy Bradley, while he was clearly getting headbutted during the match, some also said he "QUIT"

fans can label other fighters quitters but when a fighter they like can't continue, then they are asking for Slack and they are making excuses for them...if Ortiz did not quit against Maidana (the only other time he truly quit) then I think more fan would give him the benefit of the doubt!

Some probably wasn't watching boxing then but a lot of people also thought Oscar quit against B-Hop at first glance because watching it live the Body Shot really did not look clean...but then after seeing the replay B-Hop did land a pretty good shot to the body

I am going by what this guy posted, he was reaching for matches in which fighters was accused of "Quitting" I just added one more in which SOME(NOT ALL) fans questioned Calderon

do I personally think he quit? NO!

cotto and ortiz suffered more flak than any other fighters for quitting as if they were the only fighters in history to quit even tho 1 of the most notable boxing quotes is no mas

We need to separate quitting (Ortiz vs Maidana) from injuries (Ortiz vs Lopez

                  LOL at the excuses.

If you have to make excuses for 3 separate incidents where a single fighter quit, the man's a quitter. And of course they all start the "herp derp keyboard warrior" stuff, because that's the only argument they have why a professional boxer has quit three times.

In a sense he was. Like when he headbutted Pac in the first fight or hit him on the break in the rematch. Barrera turns into a bitch when things don't go his way.

Good call, he tried to game the system and paid for it. Zab did the same shit and lost too. Rahman and Guerrero got away with it though.

it has really not been all that bad, maybe your just on boxing Forums like this too much so you get the illusion that EVERYBODY THINGS ORTIZ IS A QUITTER...that is just not true
