Was looking at the odds for the Carson Jones Kell Brook fight and was surprised at how much of a favourite Brook is in this country... I agree Kell is favourite... just... but they have him 1/9 to win and Jones 11/2. Maybe Brook can make this an simple fight but who has he fought to prove he can beat a confident Jones, who is on an 8 fight ko streak, that easily?

Maybe he will, my problem with the odds is how untested Brook is... hes never been properly chin checked, gut checked, and his best win is over a pretty basic Matthew Hatton. Jones has losses sure, but he started at 18 with a very limited amateur career forcing him to learn on the job.

Jones is well traveled and has gotten better IMO, but every time he stepped up he gets knocked right back down. Brook might be untested, but I'd have him over the tougher competition Jones has fought and lost to

I've won good money betting on outcomes I didn't really expect but with great odds. I got something like 7/1 on Hopkins beating Pavlik by decision and 13/1 on Prescott KOing Khan. Sometimes you get a price that's worth a punt. I might stick a few quid on Jones at these prices.

Stick a few quid/dollars on if you like as if you do lose its nothing and not going to break the bank.
You never know its boxing and it only takes one shot but I personally can not see this guy causing Kell much hassle and quite frankly I believe Matthew Hatton is better than Carson Jones.

I don't hold much faith of Jones going the distance as gutsy as he can be.
Kell is simply several cuts above.
