They couldn't get this fight made when floyd wasn't in jail, don't understand why we should be optimistic about it now. I don't see this fight ever being made unless manny will take way less than he wants, cause we know floyd will be calling the financial shots. I wish manny would just say, i'll fight him for the 40 mil, just because i really want to test myself and give the fans what they want. IF he wins the 1st fight, you could bet the rematch would be coming soon after in which manny can call the financial shots. Only problem with this is imo, after floyd beats pacman the 1st time, there would be no need for a rematch. peace ya'll

Its a shame that Arum ever got his hands on Manny, because he's done a great job of making sure that fight never happened.
Oh well, what is another in-house fight? We've had god knows how many already.
Shame Manny and Floyd could never make their fight happen in 2008/9 as thats when it was an interesting fight, now it's just old news

The problem I have with this whole situation is that every nowe and then Manny is reported to 'ask for the Mayweather fight' - but he never fights for it. He never hounds Arum to make the fight, never actively pursues a fight with Floyd - its like he asks once, gets told 'No', then drops the whole entire subject.
