He faced Byrd and Chambers when he hadn't become a ***** yet. Since then he went downhill. Lol at comparing Huck with Adamek Adamek would beat seven shades of **** out of Huck

I wouldn't be surprised if Povetkin faced Evander Holyfield next. I think Holyfield was ringside at his last fight and called him out...

Adamek states he seeks another opponent now Povetkin is avoiding him,he also stated last week the Chambers rematch is a non starter, its a closed chapter.I feel Mitchell will seek to avoid Adamek,so who else is there ? Wladimir no longer as Arroela in the fall due to an elbow injury sustained by Arreola training, could Adamek face Wladimir ? Wlad talked of wanting too come back to the States,it makes sense, but the prudential center is way too small for that fight, but then again will the locals flock to see Wladimir ? I hope Adamek fights Wlad, its a mismatch especially after the Vitali fight but if Adamek trained in the right manner, and used a different approach he could hurt Wlad,he'd have too be super fit unlike this Adamek we just saw against Chambers, the only worry with Adamek is his evident lack of power at this weight, and I dont see him outpointing Wlad,he's simply too large, the only way he'd dispatch him is with an upper in the style of Mike Tyson, something I'v not seen a great deal from Adamek.

If he WBA had any integrity, they would demand Povetkin either fight Wladimir or lose his belt.

Wlad has said he wants to fight Povetkin this fall. A fight between the two former Olympic Gold Medal winners would be HUGE in Russia and Ukraine.

Aren't supposed to face each other at the begining of 2013, 18 months after the Wlad' win against Haye?

Rahman may shock the world and become champ again so I wouldn't count him out just yet. There may be a Rahman vs Holyfield in the near future. If Rahman does win he shouldn't give Povetkin a rematch so quickly. His team may give Holyfield one last shot at the title before he retires. Crazy things has happened in boxing.

Supposed to by March 31/13. But the WBA does not enforce their own rules.

What a great era for heavyweight boxing when a title holder and supposed 3rd best fighter at the weight will not fight a real challenge, but will accept them from cruiserweights and old men. Fans of this division have SO much to be proud of!!
