I think he is scheduled to fight again in july at 140 against an opponent yet to be announced.
Hopefully he makes weight this time round

That's the problem as a promoter. How many times in big fights has he failed to make weight?
I can absolutely see why promoters wouldn't want to risk having him in a big fight as his track record is horrible.
