what exactly is complete? For me it is fighters who can do MULTIPLE THINGS WELL NOT JUST ONE OF TWO! Guys who can fight inside and outside, guys with Good or at least Respectable Defense and head movement to avoid taking major Damage and Punishment, highly skilled boxer but can also Brawl and get rough and tough when he has to do so

it is some younger up and coming fighters of course who can be complete as well like Kell Brook, Mikey Garcia, Adrien Broner, Gary Russell Jr., Demetrius Andrade, Amir Khan (IF HE LEAVES ROACH!) just to name a few but to be honest it is not many complete fighters in boxing today
