Lee's business people should have made sure all of this was covered in the contract. Chavez Jr definitely sounds like a juicer but for some reason, no one wants to charge him on it. Didn't he get caught before for using a banned substance?

not saying he's on it or not but chavez jr has decline a piss test twice already for whatever reason if im not mistaken and it seems like people dont really care.. just imagine if pac was the one who refused to give a urine sample..... twice!.. this just goes to prove that these people who are accusing pac doesnt give a damm about peds, they're just attacking 1 individual that they dont like.
