As opposed to what? Out-box Chavez? We all know that Lee is gonna have to go all out for this victory, just boxing him won't be enough. Lee is gonna have to show a little grit and take the fight away from Chavez.

I think he is going to try to box Chávez from the distance and try to hurt him from there (plan A), if he doesnīt manage to hurt Jr. after a couple of good punches he is going to get discouraged and walked over unless he has a good plan B Imo.

Lee has to come in with the right mentality. Although the boxing public knows he has to stop him, this shouldn't be his worry. He needs to fight intelligently, but aggressive enough to win rounds. If the stoppage comes, it comes. He can't force it because then he'll start looking for the one punch and then he really won't have a chance in winning the fight.
Basically, he needs to fight like he did against Vera. Chavez isn't a skilled-enough opponent to where Lee will need to use a Plan B. Plan A should be to out-box and counter Chavez to death, while putting in some serious body-work. The key to the success of this plan: don't let Chavez get you on the ropes, where he can throw his weight on you. If he does this effectively, Chavez could possibly be faded enough for Lee to force a stoppage. But the problem is, Lee also has questionable stamina.

Yeah, Lee is going to try a lot of counter punching and smart boxing. Lee wants to think he has enough power to stop Jr. on the way in, I think not. We shall see.
Why do most boxing fans hate Chavez Jr? I donīt understand it at all...
Ask Sergio Martinez why. Chavez Jr. isn't a bad fighter, but he has no business being called the the WBC Middleweight champion while Martinez lives and breathes. Nobody expects the WBC and its managers to have any integrity, but one hopes for a little from would-be superstar world champions. I don't dislike JCCJr myself, but do hope he loses tomorrow because I know, win or lose, he will not fight Martinez.
i think lee boxes the hell out of chavez jr if he can withsatnd chavez's pressure . it's still a 50 /50 fight for me but im picking chavez for the controversial win
lee is gonna knock him out......i wonder will boxing scene then give him a descent write up.....and not the 10 lines they usually give him and the 2 pages of bull they give chavez jr........p.s no hard feelings
