Do you get the concept, that the levels of Nandrolone in Berto's system were too low to point to steroid use and more likely was supplement contamination? Supplement contamination has happened on numerous occasions and there are supps on the market that can give a positive for it. Just because u test positive, doesn't make u a steroid user. What this guy said. We get tested frequently in the military and there have been a lot of accounts of guys with traces of something in their system which come to find out came from a contaminated supplement.

It's hard to inspire yourself to train hard for someone that you've trained hard THREE times for already, and 2 of which turned out to be a waste of your time away from home.
