Not a chance. He's a fight or two from being far enough gone to lose to very good fighters, rather than just elite fighters.
Can Manny Pacquiao do a Bernard Hopkins?

Bernard Hopkins was once an offensive Juggernaut. He just adapted in his late 30's.
its a long shot but the chance is not zero imo.Comment

Guys who last as great fighters into an advanced age are guys who have something that continues to push them, an edge, a feeling of disrespect driving them to constantly prove people wrong. Pac hasn't had that edge for a while, and he isn't going to suddenly rediscover it.
Pac may still be fast, he may still be great, but he is losing it obviously now. He has a year left IMO before he won't want to fight anymore. I think he only barely wants to fight now.Comment

Here's to hoping. But has Manny lived a lifestyle as clean as B-Hop's where his body hasn't taken the abuse necessary to do that??Comment

i see your point that Pac has been missing that drive and I have doubts of him rediscovering it, last time he lost to morales he cried, now he just smiled it off...Guys who last as great fighters into an advanced age are guys who have something that continues to push them, an edge, a feeling of disrespect driving them to constantly prove people wrong. I am only banking that in each pacquiao loss he came back better and enjoyed a streak and achieved a higher plateu .... after torreocampo he bacame world champion, after singsurat he bacame p4p by beating marco, after morales we all know the story....Comment

Don't think he has the boxing IQ to change up his style. It's just not in his nature.
He would have to change his style totally and I don't think he can and to be honest, I don't think he wants to.
He doesn't have that hunger to continue in the sport, to prove himself over and over again like B-Hop does. They both have very different mentalities.Comment
