First of all, he isn't serving his sentence like everyone else. Everyone else is in general population, playing cards and shooting basketball.

Secondly, if you're lawyer isn't trying to cut your sentence, fire him quickly.

As for your other post, I'll just hope you don't believe that only stars get time cut off their sentence for good behavior.

floyd got his time taken off in half before even serving any time yet! so GTFOH with that good behavior crap! the judge gave him a gift already by pushing his jail date back and cutting his time in half. do u think u and i can request that from the judge and will it be granted? NO!. plus the las vegas county jail will not risk putting floyd in GP and then have something happen to him. then all u cry babies is gonna come back on here crying about how floyd wasnt looked after or care for.

he wants to be in general pop(which isnt gonna happen) or be put on house arrest? Instead of going to trial, he cops a plea and now cant do the time? WTF did he expect in jail? Did he actually think he was going to be treated differently then any other celebrity thats been locked up? he can do push ups, sit ups, squats, tricept dips etc....C'mon son, man up for your actions and deal with it, nuff said.

You're only supposed to spend 1 week in solitary confinement, to acclimate yourself to the jail life and get yourself in physical shape before heading to the general public. Now they're denying him access to the general public, which was not part of the original deal.
