Problem is the media is a too afraid of Bob. As they should be. He's a scary guy, and he wouldn't have attempted to carry something like this off without all exits sealed, and no Earthly way of connecting him to it.

At the same time though, just because you're a hardcore Boxing fan doesn't mean you're obligated to buy any and everything Boxing related. At the end of the day you're a consumer, and if the product doesn't meet the standards of what you want to see and or are constantly being given a can of spam instead of the NY Strip steak, at some point you gotta put your foot down. I've been watching and follow Boxing for close to 20 years now and I'd be a fool if I were to buy PPV's for the sake of me simply being a fan of the sport.

by no means do I think Stephen A. is WRONG, he is 100% right...how ever it is hard to listen to him when he really don't give a ***** or talk about boxing as much if it doesn't have Pacquiao or Mayweather attached to it but...YES I do think the fans are the ones that can force changes in boxing but a Boycott is not going to happen especially for a Pacquiao fight, Pacquiao fans are a PRIDEFUL BUNCH, most (not all) don't give a ***** about the sport of boxing in general, all they care about is Pacquiao

so for them Pacquiao could fight a Blind Man and Pacquiao fans will watch, so a Boycott is not going to work

Even though fans have been shafted with the Mayweather vs Ortiz, Hopkins vs Dawson I and now Pacquiao vs Bradley PPV fiasco's.....for the most part these events are what make the sport.

As a Pacquiao fan........there shouldn't be any boycotts of PPV events.

Now I can see people boycotting Pacquiao vs Bradley II....but as far as PPV's as a whole.....absolutely not.

They are the super bowls of boxing.
