But who are some of the younger judges that are employed right now that would be a better fit to score a fight?
Should there be a MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE for Judges?

Harold Lederman is that old and noone seems to be complaining about his scorecard. Its not age IMO. There have been horrible scores across the planet that didn't involve old judges. Thats why I disagree with your premise.how in the world are you suppose to properly judge a boxing match;something that is already somewhat subjective on its own, when you are in your 70s?
YOu have different angles to see, fast combination punching, quick counter shots, pitty pat shots to see if its effective or not, even if you are in the prime of your life you would have a hard time judging.
How much more if you are in you 70s & 80s?
This is notorious judge Gale Van Hoy:

need i say more?
Judges can be old or young, as long as they follow universally accepted scoring methods every time they judge a fight.Comment

YOu cannot argue with father time. The older you get the slower your mental capacities get.
how are you suppose to keep up with world class athletes?Comment

A lot of people complained when he had Alexander winning nearly every round against Kotelnyk. And even more people complained about his scorecard in the 3rd Pac/JMM fight and his justification for scoring it this way.Comment

The point is you assciated bad judging with age when its clear there is no direct correlation between the two. You need judges that are professional. Besides, Ive disagreed with Harold several times, just not here.Comment

Yeah I know. People complain when Harold doesn't score the way they see it. IMO, Harold was right on this one and floyd/cotto. DO I always agree with him, no., nor should I.
Its judging. Its subjective.Comment
