I dont understand why people try and downplay the Abraham win

Before the S6 the dude was undefeated ,he then almost killed Taylor,had dirrel running for dear life and IMO would have knocked him out in the last rounds.
And even more telling he gave Ward something to think about for the first 5-6 rounds fight like no other fight have.

Carl toyed with abraham and completely outskilled him.

You must have a real short memory. Froch was the underdog in that fight whether you like it or not.

Abraham was in fact one of the top 2 favourites to win the tournament from the off. After the Taylor KO, it was between him and Ward (after the Kessler fight). Nobody on this site (except me and a few Froch fans), or writers and the like, had Froch to beat Abraham.

Even British writers had to eat their own words and apoligise to a masterclass performance.

I made a hell of a lot of money from this fight. That's right, British bookmakers had Froch a huge underdog, and a Froch UD made me that little bit richer.

all he had was power. no real advantage over froch at all and is a midget at that weight. he did a better job at beating abe than ward did though
