i would have given him credit if he fought him at 140, even if he clinched 2000 times, fact is he fought Maidana at a weight that was not his weight.

on ur devon beats khan thing, is that based on his win over maidana? cuz if that the case khan whooops devon based on his win over kotelnik, and for his win over judah who called devon out for year for a big fight in st louis but devon straight avoided him.....

Doesn't matter if Bradley ducked Khan or not, Khan didn't beat the #1 guy at 140, so I can't give him a mythical "W" because Bradley ducked the fight...HENCE he didn't beat the best he beat, Zab Judah.

To be fair, when Alexander fought Maidana it was both their first time at 147lb..So it was not either of their weightclass...

Kotelnik, Maidana, Malignaggi, Judah, Lamont and now Garcia that's the best possible comp for khan at 140. Obv Bradley on that list of opponents would have been ideal but for more then a few reasons that fight never materialised. I'm hoping it does in the future but that's a solid resume khan has built up. I hope he beats Garcia and fights top fighters at 147 can't ask for more as a boxing fan

Terrible, decent, good, great names. But very few were actually prime fighters.

First, Barrera is the only "great" name there, and I don't have to say why that win should be ignored.

Good names are Judah, Peterson, Maidana, and Malignaggi. Judah is past prime but still a top 10 JWW, good name and good win that every one expected. Peterson, good name, prime fighter, Khan lost the fight. Malignaggi, good name, probably wasn't prime anymore, I would say it was a good win. Maidana, good name, very good win, Khan had to fight through being badly hurt.

Decent names, Prescott, prime fighter at the time, Khan got knocked out in a few seconds in to the fight. Kotelnyk, decent name, decent win.

Terrible names, McCloskey and Salita. Both undefeated, untested. McCloskey was knocked out by a way shot to pieces Corley with like 20 losses, and I had him losing to Prescott. Salita still untested, still fighting no names. Terrible wins.

All in all, 4 decent-good names is pretty good right now. But he's gonna have to beat Garcia and then start adding the better names like Bradley, Ortiz, Berto, Devon to his resume.
                    this...

Khan has a record at 140 which is decent but not great

Not sure abt Ortiz as I heard he done a number on him as an amateur but he does need that one marquee prime solid win before he can say he dealt with all business at 140. I do hope we get to see Khan v Bradley asap

Oh and lets not forget that while altho Khan himself would probably fight anyone, his team have carefully managed him the direction they wanted, Maidana had to chase his mandatory with Khan for over a year and only after threatening to sue did they get their shot... His team also wanted no part of JMM at lightweight despite being a potential mandatory to the WBO - its only timing. I dont think either JMM or Khan ducked anybody, if I recall it was Nacho doing all the talking
