So why should it be soooo bad he tried to cheat against a cheater?

Oh and the 5 that have done more at WW than Margarito.

Mosley, Pacquiao, Mayweather, Cotto, Spinks, Judah.

Yes, Margarito has a win over Cotto who I mentioned as one who has done more at WW than Margarito. But Cotto at least has wins over Quintana Mosley, Clottey, and Judah. While Margarito is lacking in the notable names department, with Cotto, Clottey, and Cintron. Though I didn't think Cotto beat Clottey, and I thought Cotto-Mosley was a Draw, but we're talking about official wins and losses here. At least Cotto didn't get brutally knocked out by Mosley though.

why should cheating be allowed in a combat sport? in any sport for that matter. no fighter should be allowed to fight if they have an advantage over anyone or have anything in their system thats now allowed

Although I answered yours, you don't have to answer mine. Because I know the answer, it was a rhetorical question. The answer is Margarito was never The Ring or Lineal Champion at 147.

The hate is old hat, guys. Dude commited a cardinal sin of the sport, but Mosley made him pay for the crime, and then he served the time. To top it all off, Manny ****ed up his eyeball, and Cotto got a measure of revenge. Let it go and wish the man well, he's a human being just like the rest of us.

He never won a lineal belt but he was top 5 WW for many many years unlike other boxers who fall from grace, he kept fighting decent comp and stayed there.

He didn't have the luxury of fighting someone like Baldomir for a lineal title.
