One thing I can say about Camacho is out of 80+ fights, he's never been stopped.

I'm not sure if he's ever even come close to being stopped?

Maybe in trouble or shook up, but not close to being stopped, I don't think.

Camacho was one of those classic underachievers. If he would have taken his entire career seriously, he could have been the best PR ever had to offer.
Him and Rosario never reached their full potential sadly.

Anyways, answering the thread, he had a really good career. He just fought too long.

      He's definitely a HOF.

I'm borderline. Most of his biggest wins were by close decision and most of his biggest fights he lost. He did have supreme talent though. I say he makes it to the HOF on longevity alone.
          RIP Macho.

He was on track to be a HOFer but Rosario stopped that. For all the talk of Calderon and Cotto taking a knee Camacho never went out with a KO. Not even at middleweight where he had no business fighting.

He's borderline HOF in my book. Had the gifts and speed to be an All timer but the ******* era of the 80s and his lack of self control outside the ring did him in.
