So far as I can tell, Gatti's next opponent is undefeated, but has never fought outside of Denmark. Also his last opponent apparently had one win and six losses? I have never seen him fight so I know nothing about him. Please help me out.

I know **** about him as well, but...
I was at a fight card at a casino 2 years ago and I was bull****ting with Greg Haugen about a bunch of different topics and I asked Haugen how good was Daamgard because he traveled over there to fight him.
Haugen said he was "damn tough" and didnt elaborate on it more then that.
Like you I wish I knew a bit more. -

Thats scandalous why fight someone who is 1-6 in your 37th pro fight, looking at his record as well, who are those guys?, what happens if this Damgaard guy beats Gatti who'll Hatton fight then? Junior Witter?Comment

Put it this way. Damgaard took 6 rounds to TKO a lightweight fighter that Cotto Knocked OUT in 2 rounds. Damgaard is also said to be quite slow with lacking defense. If Gatti cannot beat him, Gatti is REALLY through.Comment
