I'll take a page off ***** philosophy since a lot have that pro black HW mentality................Vitali is is fighting an undefeated and YOUNG and HUNGRY guy.

Other ATG heavyweights didn't fight guys like that for their farewell fight.

Anyone can fight a young hungry fighter...it depends on how good they are.......

Lets be honest here, mo matter who Vitaly fights many of his fans will overrate them and find a way to justify it.

I also wish him well, but his farewell sucks...plain and simplistic. You can call him young and hungry, but the truth is he is unskilled and even less qualified. This fight was chosen to make sure Vitaly doesn't lose his last fight.

Exactly. I'm surprised he isn't fighting Holyfield so he could have him on his resume. Why not just fight Haye, KHTFO, and retire.

You know how they say Lewis ducked Vitali and retired. From what it looks like here, Vitali is ducking Haye and running into retirement.

I'm not a Haye fan by any stretch of the imagination, i just call it how i see it.

I personally don't think Haye is deserving, but he's far better than Charr and it would generate interest after Vitaly pined to fight him for so long and now wants nothing to do with him. A strange set of events that leads me to think Vitaly has either lost confidence or his team has lost it in him.

Charr isn't great, but he defeated two decent opponents: Taras Bydenko by UD and Gbenga Oloukun by KO.

Charr is at least in better shape than the increasingly obese Odlanier Solis.

Gbenga Oloukun and Tye Fields easily KOed Konstantine Airich early. Odlanier Solis struggled the distance against Airich in his last fight, and looked the worst I've ever seen him.

Haye or Aerreloa is the best option. Aerreloa already got murked. Just at least leave after a fight with some buzz.

Good for him. I hate to see boxers stick around too long. I love this sport but it is definitely is a young man's game.
