Wow I see so much hate on here, that guy has done plenty in the world of boxing to deserve my respect.....I bet non of you people would skip 2 weight classes to fight with the # 1 contender (and a very tough too) that should be more than enough to deserve some respect.

If he beats Aydin, I wouldn't mind seeing Guerrero fight Alexander, Khan, Ortiz, Zaveck, Brook, Malignaggi, or anyone else at 147, aside from Pac and Floyd obviously.

yea ok, fine Robert, you're elite....happy now? Now just please go out and be more active in making fights if u win this next one.

Aydin is a perfect matchup for him it would seem, and I bet the Ghost will be all over him early on.....but the little guy seems like he can crack. Guererro, being the taller fighter and lingering on the inside might be something that gets him caught here and there when Aydin explodes out of his shell.

all in all, The Ghost career has moved very slow because of all kinds setbacks, but he does have the level of skill that will allow him to make a rise during the 2nd half of his career which I think starts against Aydin

Yeah, I thought he would be way farther in his career than he is by now but he has had some serious issues to deal with. I can see his personality though and it's one of a winner. He can overcome great odds and maintain great concentration. I have said that Guerrero, Bradley, Martinez, Gamboa and Donaire will be the next P4P guys and as soon as Guerrero gets his stuff rolling, I think he will fit the bill.

His skill is far greater than his accomplishments at this point but I fully expect that to change after this win.

Aydin is not an easy fight. I'm very interested to see how he does at welterweight.

^ I don't think it's hate as much of fans tired of Guerrero running his mouth.

the guy has accused Floyd & Pacquiao of ducking him ... I mean seriously? Guerrero doesn't have any big wins north of 140, who is he to call out the Elite at WW like that?

this big time. For somebody who's a supposed elite (in his mind at least) Rob sure has to talk himself up a lot

All I hear is "Yap yap yap, I want a big fight"

it's been done before ... uh how about Cotto for example? you don't watch enough boxing if you think Floyd and Manny are the ONLY ones who've moved up in weight and won titles

and The Ghost has won titles @ featherweight & Super Featherweight, plus two interim belts at Lightweight but even those accomplishments Rob tries to make seem bigger than they are

**what great belt holders has he beaten?

agree with the bold, that's the issue I have with it, I mean it's like Guerrero talking about himself all the time

I've done this I've done that .. I want a big fight etc

**real bummer the shoulder injury meant no Maidana fight for Guerrero as that coulda been a big win @ 140 for him, and less yapping.
